Youth Ministry

Who We Are

We desire to encourage our youth to have a passion for Jesus Christ through worship, and to equip them with the powerful word of God so they may positively impact their schools, communities and families!

Our 3-Fold Purpose:

  • Communicate the Good News of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying Youth
  • Teach, disciple, and encourage the youth of Calvary Chapel Breath of Life
  • Raise godly leaders from within the Youth Ministry so they may pass the truth to the next generation

What We Do

In addition to feeding the youth through biblical study, we offer activities that are enjoyable which not only attract our youth, but inspire them to invite their friends as well. Our regular activities include:

  • Line-upon-line bible studies
  • Outreach Activities
  • Evangelistic Opportunities
  • Family Fellowships
  • Winter & Summer Retreats
  • Discipleship Classes
  • Monthly Birthday Celebrations

Where We're Going

With the anticipation of Project Truth, we desire to implement new programs that we hope will add to the vision and goals of our ministry, as well as build up the vision and goals of Calvary Chapel Breath of Life. Some of the new programs include:

  • Junior High Ministry – The Bridge
  • Senior High Ministry - Crossroads
  • Men to Male Teens Discipleship
  • Women to Female Teens Discipleship
  • Prayer Groups
  • Doulos Program
  • Teen Sports League

How To Serve

CCBL Youth Ministry has been divided into five teams: Prayer, Teaching, Administrative, Finance and Event Planning.

The Prayer Team will be responsible for praying for The Bridge Jr. High and Crossroads Sr. High regularly with the focus of prayer on, but not limited to: Vision, Parents and Students, Visitors, New Believers, Services (Friday and Sunday), Teacher and Counselors

The Teaching Team is responsible for teaching the word of God to students. The Administrative Team is responsible for accomplishing tasks that include (but are not limited to) the following: Flyers, Newsletters, etc., Meeting Notes, Emails/Correspondence, Phone list updates and Schedule/Event Calendars.

The Finance Team is responsible for handling monetary resources for the ministry.

The Event Planning Team is responsible for researching, gathering, arranging and presenting events in which students will be able to participate.
